Servicing & Preventive Maintenance
We provide periodic servicing and preventive maintenance for our client machine, ensuring their operation are operating in good condition with no or minimal breakdown. Our services reduce client need for in house technician and our knowledge in providing novel solution to the varying problems of the machine.
Our prompt response also assists our client in resolving any issue that might crop up.
Piping & Ducting Work
We provide piping work for galvanized metal, stainless steel & plastic pipe for the purpose of transfer water, effluent and chemical from one point to another or for exhaust system of acidic or alkali fumes.
FRP Coating
We provide Fiberglass reinforce plastic coating for surface such as flooring, wall and ductwork. It is commonly use as a corrosion resistant layer for application such as wastewater sump, tank and clarifier, chemical mixing or storage tank and flooring protection.
Plastisol Coating
We provide PVC plastisol coating for part up to a certain length. An inexpensive and versatile coating process applicable for multiple usage:
Chemical protection
• Coating area part of the jig or basket that do not need electro-plating in the chemical bath
• Prevent oxidizing on lead anode
Heat resistance
• Thermo-probe for oven
• Handle for heated pot
Scratch protection
• Basket to prevent scratching of item inside the basket
• Loading rack for mounting good
